Pie Crust – Holiday Edition

Yields1 Serving
 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
 1 cup White Flour
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tbsp Sugar
 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
 1 cup Vegetable Shortening
 7 tbsp Water, cold

Sift flour into a bowl, mix in salt, cinnamon, and sugar.

Cut in shortening

Add water until moistened, but not sticking to bowl

Wrap in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for at least 20-30 minutes prior to use.
