Vegetarian Stroganoff Recipe

20 oz. Mushrooms, Sliced
24 oz. Sour Cream
1 large onion, chopped
1 tablespoons butter
1 pinch Garlic Powder
1 pinch Ground Cumin
1 can Vegetarian Mushroom Gravy
1 13oz can Worthington/Loma Linda Swiss Stake (broth and all so do not drain the can)
In a sauce pan melt 1 tablespoon of butter add onion and mushrooms, stirring occasionally cook covered until partially reduced. Uncover and add a pinch of garlic powder and ground cumin, simmering until reduced. Add cut and add Swiss Stakes (to size you like) and sauce. Mix with cooked noodles and sour cream, add salt to taste.
