Pie Crust Recipe – Holiday Edition

Makes 2, 10 1/4 in. (thin) crusts

1 Cup Wheat Flour
1 Cup White Flour
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1 Cup Vegetable Shortening
7 Tablespoons Cold Water

Sift flour into a bowl, mix in salt, cinnamon, and sugar. Cut in shortening, then water. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
